Wholistic Healing and Wellness specialist Lyn Nichols created this recipe for us and I have to say it is delicious, guilt free and feels so good in my body.
My version I've switched blueberries to goji berries and left out the honey as im keeping sugars as low as I can.
3/4 cup coconut oil
1 full cup walnuts or swap to macadamias
Almond butter
1/2 cup dried blue berries
1 cup rasins
2 tbsp raw honey
2 to 4 cups of cacao
Mix it all together, pop it in a mould or casserole dish (
use grease proof paper) and freeze until you are ready to eat …. Yumo!
